About Kilo

Tucked into the old fishing village of Borgo Prino on Imperia's seafront, Kilo is the pizzeria of chef Jacopo Chieppa, who trained under Mauro Colagreco at Mirazur before returning to his hometown to rethink Ligurian pizza. The kitchen turns out Roman-style pala and multigrain "contadina" doughs topped with creative, seasonal combinations, alongside a dedicated gluten-free crust and the house dessert "Piantala," served in a little flower pot.
