Just off Oneglia's old harbor in Imperia, I Gelati di Fé has been hand-crafting gelato since 2019 under owner Maurizio Buetto, a longtime local restaurateur who runs the lab himself. The compact counter rotates through Sicilian pistachio, Piedmont IGP hazelnut and seasonal fruit sorbets alongside semifreddi, granite, brioche col gelato and cannoli siciliani, with lactose-free versions of most flavors. It has been named among Gambero Rosso's best gelaterias in Italy several years running.
